Getting ready to go home is a big step. There are so many questions and fears. Where do I start?
How do I get my home ready? How do I find home care? Are there places I can go to continue therapy? What
about transportation? Will I make it?
We have all asked the same questions. There will be good days and bad. This is where our network
can help. We can talk about how we survived. We'll help you through some of these questions. We'll be there
when you need a friend. That's what we do for each other.
Plus, we are here for families and friends, too!
